Who Is Bangin' Body Training?!
Bangin' Body Training offers boot camp workouts all year, small group training, sports & functional training, specialty classes such as Cardio Step, Fit-a-Thons, Boxing, Core Strengthening, and Hip Hop Dance. The ultimate goal of the Bangin' Body Training Team is to build an environment of accountability and support that inspires and motivates the whole person to transformation in mind, body, and spirit. In 2023 we will offer monthly boot camps memberships. Our virtual option is here to stay and our in-person capacity has increased to 100% so let's pack it out!
We will not stop getting people healthy and well! We accept no excuses - In-person, Live via Zoom, and On Demand via private virtual training group offers many ways to move your body! We are excited to get back to normal but still practice safety and awareness. We want you to join us!!!

BOOT CAMP
Boot camp is a dynamic exercise program designed to help you sculpt your body through a strategic and unique blend of cardio and strength training sessions. It is appropriate for all fitness levels and allows you to enjoy results such as: increased muscle definition, increased energy levels, increased confidence and endurance. You WILL lose inches, pounds, and body fat, and gain a self-love and optimism that will ultimately transform every aspect of your life!

SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Workout with a certified trainer in a small group setting of 10-15 like-minded people who have a need for more focused and more challenging workouts, more accountability, and a close monitoring of nutrition and exercise. There is a minimum of a 3-month commitment that will allow your body to believe that you are serious about the goals you set for your fitness, health, and wellness.
